Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

  1. Who is responsible

    J&P Digital Access is a brand operated by Sathatham LLC, 1801 Flower Ave, Office 2, Duarte, CA 91010, USA. We decide how information collected through this site is used. You can reach us any time at poom@jandpdigitalaccess.com.

  2. What we collect

    Contact form details: your name, email address, the platform or audience you mention, and the message you write. Basic technical data: standard server information such as the request time, needed to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for marketing lists.

  3. Why we collect it

    Only to read your enquiry, reply to it, and decide together whether a partnership makes sense. Our lawful basis is your consent when you choose to send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

  4. Where it is stored

    Messages are stored in a private, access-controlled database provided by our hosting infrastructure. They cannot be read from the public website. Only the two of us, Jessica and Navapoom, have access.

  5. How long we keep it

    Enquiries that do not lead to a partnership are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as the partnership lasts and for the period required by tax and record-keeping rules afterwards.

  6. Cookies

    This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary for the page to work.

  7. Your rights

    You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email poom@jandpdigitalaccess.com and we will action deletion requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

  8. Children

    This site is intended for adults running or building a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

  9. Changes

    If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
